Powerful voices for a sustainable world

Suzanne: More than 28 years ago, I was at the cradle of our agency. Sustainability was not nearly as prominent on the agenda as it is now. To change this, I fully utilized the power and challenges of leadership. And I still do, now with over 125 colleagues, more than half of which are females. With our expertise in stakeholder dialogue, CSR strategy, and issue management, we have firmly committed ourselves to sustainable and healthy food. Together with our clients, we still do this every day with passionate experts. 

Lorena: When I became a partner at Schuttelaar & Partners, I was the second woman to have such a position in the company. Empowering young women and creating a diverse management is a challenge for most organizations and a milestone that we still must achieve in the agri-food sector. Women leadership is not common. That’s one of the reasons I am proud that we have launched the Gender Alliance for Innovation in Agriculture. With this platform, we connect stakeholders in Europe to raise awareness and propose action to promote gender equality in agri-tech and encourage young women to become successful entrepreneurs.
