Together Beyond Compliance

In recent years, Brussels has not been idle. Legislation stemming from the Green Deal, such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), and the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), as well as methods and international frameworks like Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), Science Based Targets Network (SBTN), and/or Task Force on Climate Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), continue to evolve or have already come into force.

We see how all these regulations relate to and are interconnected with one another. Our Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) team closely monitors these developments and supports clients in preparing themselves properly. Our collaboration with domain experts at S&P in areas such as agriculture, biodiversity, health, nutrition, and energy is essential for this.

As a B Corp and mission-driven organisation, we are pleased to see how these regulations push companies to take more concrete steps toward sustainable business practices and further sustainability in the supply chain. For us, that remains the key focus. Not just ticking the box or ‘compliance,’ but making an impact—working together with companies toward a healthy and sustainable world.

We are happy to share with you our columns, projects, and news items that demonstrate our commitment to this goal. Enjoy the read!
