Stakeholder dialogue

Organisations are integral actors of society. Bearing in mind that there are now many ways in which information can be shared, organisations need to be transparent to ensure continuity and growth. Actively engaging your stakeholders in a dialogue is highly effective in this regard.

Schuttelaar & Partners is very well equipped in building bridges between stakeholder groups, helps to map the stakeholder field and carries out both online and offline stakeholder analyses. Based on this assessment, we create an engagement strategy.

We also take care of the execution of the strategy. In this regard by organising dialogue sessions such as ‘Dinner debate’, Societal Café, focus groups or panel discussions.

Case: Network Healthy Ageing

The number of elderly continues to increase. For healthy ageing, prevention is extremely important. Together with ‘Alles is gezondheid…’ and the Dutch Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sports, Schuttelaar & Partners started the Healthy Ageing project.

We conducted interviews, focus groups and a Societal Café to discover what is happening in practice in this area, who are active and how initiatives can be accelerated and reinforced. The results showed the need for a network Healthy Ageing.

We brought together more than 40 representatives of elderly associations, academic institutions, private companies, sport organizations, healthcare providers and health authorities for the kick-off meeting.

Together with the involved parties, we will now develop a concrete action plan to build a network.
